At Vapepots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refund policy complies with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please read this page carefully before buying, as some vape products have special rules due to health and safety regulations.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you have 30 days from delivery to contact us for a full refund or replacement.

How to claim: Email us at info@vapepots.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. We’ll arrange free returns via Royal Mail or our courier.

What we cover: Faulty devices, leaking coils, or incorrect items. Refunds include original shipping costs.

Process: Once inspected (usually within 48 hours), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
Items must be unused and in original packaging for health reasons.
Change of Mind Returns
For non-faulty items, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return (cooling-off period under UK law). However, due to vape hygiene rules:

Eligible items: Unopened device accessories (e.g., cases, chargers) that haven’t been used.

E-liquids, coils, pods, or any open/sealed products (health and safety regulations prohibit resale).

Used or activated devices (considered hygiene risk).

Personalised or custom orders.

You cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.

How to Make a Return

Log into your Vapepots account or email info@vapepots.com with your order details.

Await your RA number (valid for 14 days).

Print and attach the returns label (provided free for faulty items).

Drop off at any Post Office or arrange collection.
Track your return via Royal Mail. Refunds exclude non-returnable items.
Refunds

Issued to your original payment method within 14 days of inspection.

Partial refunds may apply if items are non-returnable but faulty (e.g., replacement only).

Bank processing can take 3-5 working days to appear.
Age Verification and Prohibited Sales
All sales require age verification (18+ only). We reserve the right to refuse refunds if ID wasn’t provided or if items are misused.
